Weight Loss Update: So Now I’m Skinny Apparently LOL

I’ve been saying that I was going to do a weight loss update for I don’t know how long but here we go!

In case you need to be caught up on my journey, I’ve been working out since May 2012 and so far I’ve lost 35 pounds. I feel like a broken record saying this but seeing that people still ask I guess it’s necessary. The secret to how I’ve lost so much weight so quickly without dieting or taking weight loss supplements is simply consistency and hard work. Read more

My Workout Routine :)

I said I was going to do a video, but seeing that I’m having camera issues right now this blog post will have to do until further notice.

The main questions I’ve been getting since I started posting my weight loss photos are all about what I’ve been doing, and what’s my workout routine. Well, when I first hit the gym I go into the sauna. Now, if you’re like me and you like to take your phone into the gym with you, I suggest you be very careful about taking your phone into the sauna since the heat can really jack up your phone. However in my case I dropped my phone in the toilet last month so the sauna heat is that last of my worries.

I’m Losing Weight… So Why Is My Butt Bigger O_o???

I’m supposed to be doing a relationship or life post today however it was brought to my attention that instead of smaller my tushy appears bigger. LOL yes I know this is random but when I seen this it was hard to understand. Don’t get me wrong I’m not upset but it is kind of funny.

Turns out it didn’t really get bigger, it’s just lifted now. In other words simply looks better. Ladies I’m here to tell you that if you do the right workouts, when you lose weight you won’t necessarily lose all your booty. If anything it will just look better.

How I Stay Motivated To Keep Working Out

A lot of people have been asking me how I stay motivated to keep working out. Well for one, since I go to the gym a lot when I don’t my body aches as if it’s cussing me out for not going. However I think the biggest motivation is seeing photo comparisons like the one above. It truly is crazy and believe it or not hard to process that either of those photos are me.

Am I Still Thick? LOL (Weight Loss Update)

The funny thing about losing weight is you don’t realize how much you’ve lost until you see a side by side comparison like the one I have above.

The photo on the left is from March, the photo on the right was taken yesterday at the mall. It’s crazy to think sometimes I feel as if I’m not getting smaller. I always tell people I must have fat girl syndrome because the only way I can truly see if I’ve lost weight is by looking at old photos and comparing them to new ones seeing that I don’t weigh myself more than once a month.

I’m Over The Saggy Booty Look -_-

Seeing that this isn’t Naybesa.com I feel I can say whatever I want, or even simply touch on subjects that might be a little more on the taboo side for the site. With that being said, as you may or may not know, I’ve been hitting the gym since April, and since going to the gym I’ve actually lost a lot of weight.

The issue I’m having now is the saggy booty effect. For those of you that workout, and haven’t always been in shape. You most likely know that when you lose a lot of weight very quickly sometimes your body doesn’t always tone up the way you want it to without a little extra help.
