How great is this going to be!

Not too long ago did we find out Rihanna would be performing at the Grammys this year with Bruno Mars and Sting, however Riri has one more surprise for her Rihanna Navy. Thanks to a publicist working with the Marley’s, we now also know Rihanna will be performing a tribute to Bob Marley:

Seeing that I just watched the Bob Marley documentary last night, I’m truly excited to see what Rihanna will do on the stage tomorrow night.

I’m so over PETA and them going in on others for their personal wardrobe choices.

The average person was very happy to see Beyonce in her sexy leather and lace one piece during her Super Bowl performance, however the people over at PETA aren’t happy about Beyonce’s choice to use iguana, and python skin for the outfit:

We would take a bet that if Beyoncé watched our video exposés … she’d probably not want to be seen again in anything made of snakes, lizards, rabbits or other animals who died painfully. Today’s fashions are trending toward humane vegan options, and Beyoncé’s Super Bowl outfit missed the mark on that score. SOURCE

Unless they plan on giving Beyonce all of her outfits like this made in the way she wants them, I’m going to need PETA to have several.

In other Beyonce news, according to TeleGraph Beyonce’s publicist wrote a nice little email to Buzzfeed asking them to take down any unflattering photos from the Supper Bowl Halftime show:

The publicist sent an email to Buzzfeed “respectfully asking” that they remove some of the “unflattering” photos, specifying seven in particular as “the worst”. Buzzfeed’s piece, which claims the photos show Beyoncé’s “fiercest” moments from the show and prove that 2013 is the singer’s year, remains intact. The images capture Beyonce dancing and singing enthusiastically in fishnet tights, knee-high heeled boots and a leather bodysuit, which is an arguably admirable feat. ViaTeleGraph

This is why if you have weapons in your home you need to put them away! There’s no reason for that pink gun to have been so accessible to a 3-year-old and 7-year-old.

A South Carolina toddler is dead after reportedly mistaking a pink handgun for a toy.
Police responded to a call about a shooting at Haywood Plantation Apartments in Greenville, S.C., at 7:30 p.m. Friday night, the Associated Press reported. There, officers found 3-year-old Temorej Smith dead from a single gunshot wound to the head.

On Monday, police reported that the shooting occurred while Smith and his 7-year-old sister were in a bedroom at home, playing with a pink handgun they might have thought was a toy, according to CBS local affiliate WCSC.
“If you have guns, if you own guns mostly we would prefer you have them in a lock box,” Johnathan Bragg of the Greenville Police Department told the news station. “At least have them out of the reach of children.”

Smith lived in the apartment with his parents, grandparents and sister. The parents were not home at the time of the shooting, the county’s deputy coroner Jeff Fowler told Greenville Online.

The shooting has been ruled an accident. No charges have been filed yet, but the investigation is ongoing. SOURCE

And this is why I don’t like guns, I didn’t like them when I was little and don’t like them now. At this point we’ve lost so many lives so this mess and I honestly can’t anymore. This little boy didn’t even stand a chance. May he rest in peace.

Praise people like Uncle Luke! Someone had to tell Rick Ross about himself.

Uncle Luke wrote Rick Ross an open letter for Miami Herald about the way things are going for him in hip-hop, and to be honest, I don’t think there’s too many people that could have said what he wrote in this open letter too much better. Uncle Luke not only tells Rick Ross “You need to seriously address the threats and attempts on your life.” but he also said “Trust me, you don’t want to go out like Biggie Smalls or Tupac. It’s time you squash your beefs.”

Dear Rick Ross:

As someone who survived several rap beefs, I’m going to give you some advice. You need to seriously address the threats and attempts on your life. You have worked hard to become a big name in hip-hop. You’ve paid your dues and you’ve grown lyrically since the release of your debut album, Port of Miami, in 2006. You’ve arrived, buddy.

But all this gangster bullshit is jeopardizing your career. No club or arena is going to risk people getting shot. You can forget about doing any tours or CD signings. And if you can’t make money, watch how fast Warner Bros. Records turns on you. I know from experience how venues and the music industry would like to black ball you.

You have the Gangster Disciples breathing down your neck because you’ve named-dropped Larry Hoover, the gang’s founder, in your music. Unlike the record and book publishing industries, these bad dudes don’t understand the concept of public domain. They see you getting rich forever by rapping about their leader, and they don’t like it. That’s why they’re on YouTube talking about how you need to go see them and cut a check.

It’s a shame you can’t enjoy life without spending part of your earnings on heavy security or risking your freedom by purchasing an arsenal. Remember, that’s what landed T.I. and Lil Wayne in prison. You don’t want that to happen to you. However, those are the consequences of rapping about being something you’re not.

Hip-hop has a rich history of college guys who never committed a crime rapping about moving kilos of cocaine and taking out snitches. Every gangster rapper takes on the role of a real hood legend to build up street cred. But I don’t want you to fall into the trap of believing you are really a gangster.

Trust me, you don’t want to go out like Biggie Smalls or Tupac. It’s time you squash your beefs.

I hate the cover, and the song has too much damn auto-tune, however it

grow on me.

During last nights episode of love “Love And Hip Hop” Erica Mena dropped heavy auto-tune filled song called

” where she sings that one line more than anything else in the song.

Personally I’m still pissed at Olivia because she could have sang the piss out of that song but whatever.

Damn it Chris Brown! If you’re not fighting over a parking spot, you’re in hot water that has some sort of involvement with Rihanna.

Today’s rumor control is simple, did Chris Brown actually finish his 180 hours of community service? According to documents obtained by TMZ he may not have, and to make matters worse, allegedly some of the days that were signed for Chris Browns community service were days he was out of the country. In other words, there’s no way he could have done them. Check out details via TMZ below!

The L.A. County District Attorney has filed legal documents claiming Chris Brown has violated his probation by submitting bogus community service records … claiming in one case he swore he was picking up trash in Virginia when he was actually on a PRIVATE JET TO CANCUN …TMZ has learned.

We’ve learned the D.A. is alleging in legal docs Chris Brown may have LIED when he claimed he had performed all of his community service in connection with the Rihanna beating case.

Bryan T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, VA., wrote a letter to the judge on September 14, claiming Brown successfully completed 202 days of community service — he was only required to perform 180.

Norwood attached documents showing that Brown frequently worked at Tappahannock Children’s Center — a place where Brown’s mom was once a director — and did odd jobs such as painting, washing windows, waxing floors, cutting grass and picking up trash.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ … the Richmond P.D. admits they only supervised Brown on 9 or 10 occasions and on all other dates he was not supervised by anyone.

And get this … the detective who had been assigned to oversee Brown’s community service was told she did not have to continue monitoring at the Children’s Center. The times, location and types of duty were provided by Chris Brown’s mother.

The D.A. claims Chris and the prior Chief of Police had a prior relationship.

And there’s more. According to the docs, Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, “instructed” the lawyer for the Richmond PD on how to “handle” D.A. investigators’ questions about Chris’ community service.

The judge was suspicious when the document was filed, and sources tell us the D.A. began investigating and found no “credible, competent or verifiable evidence” that Brown did the 180 days community service.

Sources tell TMZ … there’s no way Chris could have performed community service on some of the days, because he was out of the country doing concerts.

The D.A. calls Chris’ documentation “at best sloppy … and at worst fraudulent reporting.”

The D.A. is asking the judge to reject Chris’ alleged Virginia community service hours and make him fulfill his obligation in L.A. County.

By the way, the D.A. claims Chris’ mom was responsible for orchestrating work at the Children’s Center outside of normal operating hours and a key administrator told the D.A. she NEVER saw Chris perform any work at the center.

Well, I guess we have to see how this plays out.
